PURPOSE:To eliminate the displacement between front and back surface patterns by forming a coil pattern only one one side of an insulating substrate, and lining the opposite side by lining metal plate, thereby reducing a core displacement. CONSTITUTION:An FG coil pattern 12 of conductor is disposed on one main surface of an insulating substrate 11, and a lining metal layer 16 is disposed over the entire surface. Then, since the substrate 11 is lined with the layer 15, the displacement between the coil pattern 12 and the outer and inner peripheral surface of the substrate 11 becomes smaller than that of a conventional FG coil to eliminate the displacement between the front and back surface patterns. |
