<p>PURPOSE:To enable central monitoring of watthour value in an electric railcar train of distributed power type by remotely processing the value. CONSTITUTION:Terminal units 3 are placed on a leading railcar 1A and intermediate railcars 2, and a processor 4 is placed on a leading railcar 1A. A microprocessor 7A of the unit 3 stores a traveling distance obtained by counting the power value information of a drive car the frequency signal of a tachometer generator 17 at every prescribed time in a memory 10A. At this time the power value and the distance are integrated and stored respectively. The information of clock 14 is also stored. The processor 4 collects the information stored in the memory 10A from the unit 3 placed in each drive railcar at every prescribed time, calculates and edits, and displays on an indicator 5.</p> |
