STRUCTURE FOR SUPPORTING INJECTION DEVICE OF INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To support the entire part of an injection device with a secure stationary platen for supporting a stationary die and to improve safety by forming integrally said stationary platen of a vertical member and a horizontal member and supporting an injection device by a supporting member suspended from the horizontal member. CONSTITUTION:The stationary platen 25 of a horizontal clamping unit 22 is integrally formed of the approximately square vertical member 25a having substantial rigidity and the horizontal member 25b extending horizontally from the part excluding the part on right and left sliding plates 24c at the bottom end thereof. The bottom end of the member 25a is fixed to the plate 24c by means of plural bolts 26 and is fixed to a machine base 24. The horizontal member 25b of the platen 25 is formed slightly smaller than the space between the plates 24c and is not fixed to the machine base 24. The stationary plate is so constituted as to deflect downward to a slight extent by the exertion of external force.
