PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by forming a frequency generating element flexible, and bending a tongue having the terminal conductor to the opposite side to the surface of the side opposed to a generating rotor magnet, thereby facilitating the wiring work of leads. CONSTITUTION:A frequency generating element 34 is formed of a ring-shaped flexible insulating plate 40 formed integrally with the first and second tongues 38, 39 at least at one of the outer and inner peripheral edges. A zigzag generating conductor 41 is formed on the main surface, and the first and second terminal conductors 42, 43 are formed on the same side faces of the tongues 38, 39. Recess cutouts 46 are formed on both sides of the bases of the tongues 38, 39 to prevent the tongues 38, 39 from extending at the bending time. Thus, the element 34 can increase in size of the conductors 42, 43 and in separating interval to provide a margin in the leading of an output terminal. |
