PURPOSE:To obtain uniform cooling performance by equalizing the ratio of steam due to the boiling of cooling plates piled up in respective cooling plates. CONSTITUTION:A cooling plate 1a is provided in the highest position, a cooling plate 1b is provided in the central position and a cooling plate 1c is provided in the lowest position, and the inlets for cooling water in respective cooling plates are connected to pipes 2a-2c which are branched from an inlet cooling piping 21 and in which respective throttles 2 are provided. If the throttles 2 are pipes with small bore which have pressure loss over the head difference H of the cooling water at the inlets for the cooling water of the cooling plates 1a and 1c, at the front of the throttles 2, the cooling water supplied to all of the cooling plates flows as the cooling water is, because the cooling water pressure becomes over the saturated pressure of the cooling water, and the cooling water which has passed through the throttles 2 decreases to the pressure under the saturated pressure. Therefore, in the pipes 2a-2c, the cooling water flows into respective cooling plates while it becomes a two-phase flow with the steam, and respective cooling plates are boiled in an approximately similar state to equalize the ratio of the steam and to allow the amount of cooling water to flow in equal, and thus it is possible to make the cooling performance equal. |
