PURPOSE:To make the filtrate suitable as the raw material for ferrite by filtering the waste liquid of hydrochloric acid pickling of steel with an activated carbon filter and removing the sludge and the coarse granular SiO2 contained in the waste liquid. CONSTITUTION:The waste liquid of hydrochloric acid pickling of steel is filtered by using an activated carbon filter and the sludge and the coarse granular SiO2 contained in the waste liquid are removed. Furthermore if necessary, the filtrate is passed through an adsorption tower packed with the silica gel particles as the second stage to decrease the fine granular SiO2 remarkably. The filtrate obtained in such a way can be made suitable as the raw material of ferrite. |
