PURPOSE:To develop a processing method for oven shaped product without using fusion weld by forming painted films on the walls of high frequency heating oven in such a way that on the steel plate with Zn or Zn alloy plating, films of one or more layers are formed with special resin mixed with one of polyester or phenolepoxy resins. CONSTITUTION:Both sides of a steel plate 1 are plated by Zn or Zn alloy 2 and the painted films 3 have one or more layers. The materials of films are made in such a way that one of polyester resin or phenol epoxy is added with pigment, filler and supplementary material to the base materials which are composed of one or more resins selected from melamine, isocyanate, epoxy and silicon resins and is 30wt% of the aforementioned resin, and films can be colored. The thickness of 15-50mum is desirable and the films have poor anti-pollution property under 15mum thick and also poor painting operability over 50mum thick due to the generation of foaming. |
