SOLID/LIQUID SEPARATION APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To reduce both initial cost and running cost and to reduce the amt. of produced waste liquid of a washing process by moving an object to be washed from an end of a filter cloth cylinder to another end by the liquid pressure and scraping off suspended matters deposited on the inside surface of the filter cloth cylinder by the object for washing. CONSTITUTION:Feed water is forced into a filter cloth cylinder 1 through a feed water feeding pipe 6 and a feed water introducing pipe 4. Filtered water produced from the external surface of the filter cloth cylinder 1 is collected by a receiving pan 10 and discharged from a discharging pipe 11 of the filtered water. In the washing stage, the feed water is forced from an opposite side in a reverse direction to move the object 12 at the right end toward the left side by the hydraulic pressure. Suspended matters deposited to the inside surface of the filter cloth cylinder are scraped off by a protruded zone 13 provided to the periphery of the object 12 by the movement of the object 12 and concentrated liquid of the suspended matters is discharged through a conducting pipe 8 of the concentrated liquid and a discharging pipe 9.
