PURPOSE:To set the main body of a wheel cover in the non-rotary state at all times and allow the design of the wheel cover main body to be seen in a non-rotary and fixed state so that the outward appearance of the wheel cover main body may be improved, by mounting and securing the wheel cover main body on the non-rotary section of a shaft section. CONSTITUTION:A shaft section 6 consists of a transmission section 7 for transmitting turning force into a disk 5, spindle 8, hub cap 9, and bearing 10. In this case, the spindle 8 is provided so as to be free from the rotation of the turning force transmission section 7 and a female screw 11 is applied to the inner part of a tip section 8a that forms the non-rotary section. In addition, a hole 12 is perforated at the central part of the hub cap 9. Besides, a collar 14 protruding from the rear side is provided at the central part 13a of a wheel cover main body 13. Furthermore, a thinner part 14 a that passes through the said hole 12 and can be engaged with the said tip section 8a is formed on the tip section 14b of the collar 14 and the said main body 13 is mounted and secured on the non-rotary section by engaging this thinner part 14a with the tip section 8a. |
