PURPOSE:To obtain a recorder capable of being operated stably at high speed by using a digital speed servo controller having a measurer to measure the axial inertial moments of a type wheel and a motor and a means to alter the speed curve of the motor. CONSTITUTION:Digital data on the revolving amount and speed of a motor, the elapsed time after the beginning of rotation of the motor, and the indicating current value for the motor are beforehand housed in ROM 12. In the centralized processor 24, indicating current is gradually and digitally increased through DB until the values of counter 21 are sent on the basis of the output of an arithmetic unit 22. When the counter values are sent from the unit 22, a desired one speed curve corresponding to the indicating current value at that time is selected from plural speed curves stored in ROM 2 by knowing that the type wheel 1 is operated. Top address in the ROM 23 for the speed curve is written in RAM 25. Afterwards, by the digital speed servo controller 11, the revolving speed of the motor is controlled on the basis of the speed curve selected on the information of the top address of RAM 25. |
