发明名称 GRINDING CONTROL METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform highly accurate, vibrationless grinding in a highly efficient manner, by converting a signal into numerically controlled moving data and registering it by a computer when inputting these data out of a grinding wheel, and thereby moving and grinding a work. CONSTITUTION:At a control unit 43, such operation that each coordinate value of X- and Y-axes of a form variation point generated by servomotors 57 and 59 fitted with a pulse encoder is converted into U- and V-axes coordinates of a work 7 is carried out and transmitted to servomotors 63 and 65 fitted with both U- and V-axes pulse encoders installed in a work unit 61 and controlled for feedback. With this constitution, the work 7 is moved and ground by a fixed grinding wheel 9 without producing any vibration.
