<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity by forming an annular projection welded onto the peripheral wall of a cylinder body having a bottomed cylinder hole, onto the bottom surface of each boss member for connecting a reservoir and for connecting pipes, thus omitting the casting work and cutting work for cylinder hole. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder body 1 is constituted of a cylinder part 1B having a cylinder hole 1A, bottom part 1C which closes one edge of the cylinder part 1B, and an opened port 1D having a large diameter which is formed on the other edge side of the cylinder part 1B, and an installation part 1E for a flange 2 is formed onto the outer peripheral surface between the cylinder part 1B and the opened port 1D. While, a pair of boss members 3 onto which a reservoir is installed is constituted of a cylinder part 3A and a bottom apart 3B, and an annular projection 4 is formed onto the back surface of the bottom part 3B. Each boss member 3 is welded onto the peripheral wall of the cylinder part 1B of the cylinder body 1 through the annular projection 4. Then, the oil holes 5 and 6 for the communication between the inside of each boss member 3 and the cylinder hole 1A are formed at the inside of the annular projection 4.</p> |
