POWER UNIT MOUNTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce the roll rigidity thus to relieve vibration or noise by forming a portion of the wall of fluid chamber of mounts arranged at the opposite sides of the rotary shaft of power unit with resilient film deformable freely with correspondence to variation of the inner pressure of fluid chamber. CONSTITUTION:A mount 4 for resiliently supporting an engine 2 is arranged between the chassis 1 and the brackets 3 projected approximately in horizontal from the opposite sidefaces of the crank shaft 2a of engine 2. Respective mount 4 is constructed such that an opening through the upper face of tubular case 5 is enclosed with resilient wall 6 such as rubber while non-compressive fluid is encapsulated in a fluid chamber 8 to be defined by enclosing an opening through underface with resilient film 7 such as thin rubber. The fluid chambers 8 of respective mount 4 are communicated through a conduit 10 arranged with an orifice 15 in the central section. Stopper plates 11, 12 for limiting vertical deformation of the resilient film 7 within predetermined level are arranged at the upper and lower sides of said film 7.
