PURPOSE:To make it possible to constantly feed hot water of a predetermined temperature by detecting the quantity of hot water to be used on the following day, the temperature water to be fed to a hot water storage tank, the quantity of remaining hot water and the temperature thereof to calculate a necessary calorific value, and calculating a necessary hot water quantity to store water in the hot water storage tank from its upper part. CONSTITUTION:The titled control unit comprises: a central temperature sensor 17 for detecting the hot water temperature of a hot water storage tank 1, a flow quantity sensor for detecting the quantity of hot water to be used, valve control means for performing a changeover control of a changeover valve 11 by the detected value of the central temperature sensor 17, remaining hot water quantity measuring means for measuring the remaining hot water quantity, hot water quantity presetting means for presetting the hot water quantity for storing a predetermined hot water temperature, a lower part temperature sensor 15 for detecting the temperature of water to be fed into a hot water storage tank 1, an upper part temperature sensor 16 for detecting the temperature of hot water at the upper part of the hot water storage tank 1, computing means for computing an appropriate necessary quantity for storing hot water at a predetermined hot water quantity and the time for a necessary power supply time required for heating, pump control means for controlling the circulation quantity of the pump, and power supply control means for controlling the driving and stoppage of the heating unit and the pump. |
