摘要 PURPOSE:To maintain the high accuracy of white cell classification regardless of a temp. change by adjusting the supply rates of a white cell hemolyzing agent and diluting liquid in accordance with the change of the detection temp. of the liquid mixture in a vessel for detecting the white cells. CONSTITUTION:This analyzing instrument is constituted of an arithmetic processing part A for measurement which classifies the white cells from the grain size distribution of the white cells in the liquid mixture in the vessel 3 for detecting the white cells by mixing the white cell hemolyzing agent with the entire blood and a constant rate supply device 17 for the white cell hemolyzing agent consisting of a thermistor 22 immersed in the vessel 3, a piston control part 23, cylinder pistons 25, 26, etc. The piston control part 23 controls a piston 26 so as to increase (or decrease) the supply rate of the white cell hemolytic agent and controls a piston 25 so as to increase (or decrease) the supply rate of the dilue liquid when the temp. of the liquid mixture in the vessel 3 detected by the thermistor 22 rises (or falls). The always analyzable state is thus automatically maintained.
