This method consists in simultaneously injecting, in a sizable part of the drainage orifices 30, at a high pressure which may reach 150 bars and is preferably between 40 and 50 bars, a composition which is capable of solubilising, at least in part, the material blocking the said orifices, in holding the said composition inside the said orifices during a lapse of time which is sufficient to ensure the digestion of most of the deposits and encrustations, then in removing the formed muds by a suction action exerted on the drainage orifices having previously received the composition. The equipment comprises a central pipe 2 connected, on the one hand, to a pump 1 and, on the other hand, to removable means 3 enabling a liquid composition to be introduced inside the drainage orifices 30, other removable means being furthermore provided in order to separate the obtained liquefied muds. <IMAGE>
