PURPOSE:To display an adjusted range in a viewfinder and to confirm focal length switching by fixing one indicating means within the viewfinder visual field and forming the other as a couple of means separated for a wide-angle and a telephoto range indication, and moving this associatively with the movement of a main optical system. CONSTITUTION:A subordiante optical system 5 is held in a moving lens frame 6, and this system is placed at a stand-by position off an optical axis of photography in a wide-angle state and put on the optical axis of photography in a telephoto state. Further, a shutter 7 which serves as a stop is provided between the main optical system 4 and a base plate 10 and moves on the optical axis together with the main optical system 4 in one body. A focal length selection lever 9 is constituted in an optionally selectable and settable state so that an index 9A faces a wide-angle mark 'W' added on the top surface of a camera body in the wide-angle state wherein the main lens frame 3 holding the main optical system 4 is shortened or faces a telephoto mark 'T' in the telephoto state wherein the main lens frame 3 is extended.
