PURPOSE:To contrive to prevent the apparatus and device from bad influence caused by long generation time over requiring by a method wherein a relay contact of which ON/OFF is controlled by a timer circuit is coupled with a thermostat contact. CONSTITUTION:An indoor fan motor 2 is connected to a commercial power source 1, the indoor fan motor 2 is coupled to a series circuit composed of a thermostat contact 3 and an outdoor unit 4. The thermostat contact 3 is coupled in parallel with a relay contact 7 of which ON/OFF is controlled by a timer circuit 8. Therefore, even in case of a heating operation in summer and a cooling operation in winter, the thermostat contact is made OFF. Even under the OFF condition of the thermostat contact, when a forced operating switch of the timer circuit is turned ON, the timer circuit is operated, then the outdoor unit is forcedly operated only for the ON time of the timer. Therefore, a long time operation over requiring is prevented, accordingly, an apparatus and a device can be prevented from adverse influence.
