PRODUCTION OF ORGANIC SOLVENT SUSPENSION OF FINE CAPSULE

PURPOSE:To obtain a fine capsule monodispersing in an organic solvent vehicle by using an ammonium salt of an anionic high molecular electrolyte in case of emulsifying or dispersing a hydrophobic substance so that it is made to the uncontinuous fine particles. CONSTITUTION:In the production of a fine capsule having a synthesized resin wall film, when a hydrophobic substance is emulsified or dispersed so that it is made to the uncontinuous fine particles, an ammonium salt of an anionic high molecular electrolyte such as ethylene-maleic anhydride copolymer or the like is used. Thereafter a synthesized resin wall film is formed around the fine particles by an in-situ polymerization method or an interfacial polymerization method and an aq. suspension of the fine capsules having the hydrophobic substance as the core substance is produced. The fine capsules are made solid or powdery by removing the water content and when these are added into an organic solvent vehicle, the core substance is hardly oozed and not monodispersed nor a flocculated body formed.
