GUIDING PART OF WET CAKE

摘要

PURPOSE:To remove a wet cake sticking to a filter cloth by providing a roller having a deformed sectional shape which contacts with the external side of the inside wall surface of an endless belt constituting the part of the inside wall surface of a main body being rotated simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:The wet cake rising upward by sticking to a filter cloth 16 is beaten down successively from the surface of a filter cloth 16 vibrating at the neighborhood of a roller 19 to fall into an opening part at the bottom end of the main body 15 of a guiding part. the filter cloth 16 is formed freely rotatably so as to construct the inside wall surface of a wall part 23 at a side where the wet cake of the main body 15 of the guiding part is charged, and a roller 19 having a sectional shape like a triangular cam which gives vibration to the filter cloth is provided to the inside wall surface at the top part of the filter cloth 16. By such a constitution, the wet cake rising upward together with the filter cloth 16 by sticking to the filter cloth 16 is beaten down mechanically successively from above the filter cloth 16 at the top part of the filter cloth 16.
