The device comprises the hollow body 1 in which there are made orifices 5 and 6 for communication with the open air. It is completed by a hollow piece 2 fixed by screwing, which is extended by an elastic pocket 7. This pocket is pierced by an orifice 8. In operation, under the effect of the pressure, the elastic pocket 7 swells and is applied against the wall of the body 1, preventing any link between the distributor means and the orifices 5 and 6.
