摘要 PURPOSE:To measure density of radioactive material accurately and automati cally by the remote control by providing a vibrating type density measuring mechanism setting a transverse vibrating type U-shaped tube internally within a glove box and providing a mechanism part other than said density measuring mechanism to the outside of the glove box separately. CONSTITUTION:In the vibrating type density measuring mechanism 19 within the glove box 17, a driving mechanism part of a solenoid at the rear part of a density measuring cell 43 is operated to vibrate the U-shaped tube 18 and an elecromagnet attached to its rear part in a tranverse direction weith a set period. For this reason, a sample liquid of the radioactive material sealed within the U-shaped tube 18 makes the number of vibrations different according to its mass, namely, density, by which its number of vibration is inputted to a microcomputer via a detecting circuit within a control device 43 and the density with high accuracy to the extent of + or -5X10<-6> is measured by the set comparison arithmetic. Then, when the prescribed measuring work is completed, the control device 43 actuates reversely a sampling pump 26 of a sampler 25 to discharge the sample within the tube 18 into a sample vessel 21 again via a sample pouring and discharging part 22.
