A device for fastening a flexible sheet comprises a one-piece strap of resilient material incorporating a shank portion 11 of substantially uniform cross-section, at least one loop 13 at one end of the shank portion and a flat head at the other end, the width of the head being greater than the width of the shank portion and also greater than the maximum transverse dimension of the loop when the lateral portions 19, 21 thereof are brought close together, the head, the shank portion and the loop being in the same plane and being of substantially the same thickness. In use the head is engaged with an eyelet in the sheet and the loop is engaged with a hook on a part to be covered by the sheet. |
