PURPOSE:To execute rationally charging by registering a share ratio of a call rate at every subscriber, and sharing and charging the call rate to both a calling subscriber and a called subscriber by the share ratio of the calling subscriber and the called subscriber, when setting a call. CONSTITUTION:In main storage devices 4, 7 of switchboards 01, 02, share registering information a1, a8 for showing a fact that a share charging has been registered in subscriber information areas 41, 71 corresponding to subscribers 1, 8, and desired share ratios b1, b8 are stored in advance. When a calling subscriber 1 is connected to a called subscriber 8, a charging exponent (c) is stored in a call control information area 42, and when the registration of the share registering information a1, a8 is confirmed, the share ratios b1, b8 are transmitted and received mutually, a call rate share ratio b0 is determined by b1 and b8, and charging is executed to both the calling subscriber and the called subscriber, based on (c) and b0 with respect to a call time (t).
