PURPOSE:To attain single member processing accurately in a short time by using a cataloged procedure to convert plural data files (PO files) into a single PO file automatically during one job command. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed job command is applied from a display terminal device 2. A host computer 1 calls a PO file 30, the form is converted into a sequential edition file (PS file) at a conversion program area (b) of a main storage section 6, unified together with other PO file at a conversion program area (c) and edited as the PS file. Then the form of the unified PS file is converted again into the section edition form at a conversion program area (d) to form a PO file. The processings above are executed sequentially by a prescribed system and independent plural PO files 30-3n are converted into a single PO file 4.
