ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICE IN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PURPOSE:To prevent an engine from surging, by restraining variations in the amount of fuel fed to an internal combustion chamber upon low rotational speed operation during running of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A rotational speed detecting means M3 detects the rotational speed of an internal combustion engine M1. When a vehicle speed detecting means M4 detects such that the vehicle is in its running condition and the rotational speed detecting means M3 detects the engine low speed operating condition, a fuel amount variation restrains means M5 restrains variations in the amount of fuel. With this arrangement it is possible to prevent the phenomenon of surging.
