PURPOSE:To improve a secret keeping characteristic in a confidential transmission by recording the address information to the end part of a recording paper recorded a confidential picture and covering a part except the address information of the recording paper. CONSTITUTION:A control part transfers the address recording information to a recording head 3 to a record an address of confidential picture information at a tip part 1a of a recording paper 1, and thereafter, the confidential picture information is outputted to the recording head 3. The recording paper 1, to which an address is recorded at a tip part 1a, is deflected in the guide part 31 direction by a guide plate 8. When the tip part of the recording paper 1 passes through a stopper 32 to a prescribed length, a solenoid 33 is on, the recording paper 1 is held down to the guide part 31, a solenoid 21 is on, a guide plate 8 is shifted in the upward direction, further, a solenoid 25 is on and a guide plate 10 is shifted in a discharging roller direction. Thus, when almost a central part of a recording screen of the recording paper 1 is folded by a guide plate 10, the part is sandwiched and pressured, and the part except the tip part 1a is covered with a recording paper itself, and in such a condition, the part is discharged.
