PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts as well as manufacturing stages by forming a core assembly with a casting mold as a direct resin mold. CONSTITUTION:A core assembly 1 is enclosed into a casting mold 2 for thermosetting resin composition with the gap of the core exposed over a rubbing surface and terminals 151 and 155 of the assembly 1 projected over the rear surface. The assembly 1 forms a double gap with front cores 111, 112 and 114 butted with each other and has a core formed with a back core 115 at the rear part. A winding 13 is wound round the core 114 at the center side and then connected to the winding parts 152 and 156 for pins set on a terminal block. The projected ends of these pins form terminal pins 151 and 155. The assembly 1 of such constitution is enclosed into a mold 2 which functions as a molding member, a casing part and a dummy part by itself. This mold 2 is made of a thermosetting resin composition. |
