摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the absolute efficiency of a water turbine to be continually supervised, by obtaining the water turbine efficiency from a calculation formula, after a countermeasure for improving heat insulation of a water flow pipe, pressure reducing vessel, etc. is taken, and utilizing this efficiency value for supervising the absolute efficiency of the water turbine. CONSTITUTION:A device, providing a temperature element 12, 13 respectively in a pressure reducing vessel 7 and a water turbine outlet, measures a temperature deviation T2-T3 by a galvanometer 14. A loss is generated so as to zero the deviation T2-T3 of the galvanometer 14 by controlling a manual throttle valve 6 and an automatic throttle valve 19. Here the device measures a difference DELTAP, between the pressure P3 in the pressure reducing vessel 7 and the pressure P1 in a water turbine inlet side hydraulic pressure pipe line 2, by a differential pressure gage 15 simultaneously the water pressure P1 in the water turbine inlet side hydraulic pressure pipe line 2 by a differential pressure gage 16. And efficiency of a water turbine is obtained from these detection values by calculation.
