A mattress for a bed comprises a top construction for supporting a padding and a bottom rigid frame (G). The top construction is comprised of three longitudinal strips: a central strip (A) on which rests a person lying on the back, and two lateral strips (B1, B2) connected by springs to the central part. The central strip (A) is so arranged as to tilt in the frame (G) in parallel to its longitudinal axis. |
