PURPOSE:To obtain a differential amplifier circuit operated normally even at a low voltage below 1V by constituting a current inverting section of a differential amplifier section with a couple of transistors (TRs) whose bases and emitters are connected in common, a constant voltage element inserted between the collector and base of a TR of the input side and a constant current source supplying operating current to the said element. CONSTITUTION:The differential amplifier section comprising the 1st and 2nd TRs 13, 14 whose emitters are connected in common and to the base of which an input signal is applied and the 1st constant current source 15 connected to the common emitter of the TRs 13, 14 is provided. Further, a current inverting section 16 consisting of the 2rd and 4th TRs 17, 18 whose bases and emitters are connected in common, a Schottky diode 19 being a constant voltage element inserted between the collector and base of the TR17, the 2nd constant current source 20 applying the operating current to the diode 19, and the 3rd constant current source 21 absorbing the collector current of the TR18. Then an input signal fed to input terminals 22, 23 is amplified by the differential amplifier section 12, inverted by the current inverting section 16 and given to an output terminal 24.
