PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts as well as manufacturing stages by enclosing a core assembly into a casting mold made of an inorganic cement composition with a core gap exposed over a rubbing surface and terminals projected over the other side surface. CONSTITUTION:A core assembly 1 is enclosed into a casting mold 2 made of an inorganic cement composition with the core gap exposed over a rubbing surface and terminals 151 and 155 projected over the other side surface. The assembly 1 forms a double gap with front cores 111, 112 and 114 butted with each other together with a core formed by a back core at the rear side. A winding 13 is wound round the core at the center side and connected to the winding parts 152 and 156 for pins set on a terminal block. The projected ends of these pins form terminal pins 151 and 155. The assembly 1 of such constitution is enclosed into the mold 2 which functions as a molding member, a casing part and a dummy part by itself. |
