PURPOSE:To reduce unequality of the back pressure in a vane, by forming a buffer chamber, which communicates with a bottom part space of a vane groove in a delivery zone, in the internal surface of a side plate without a delivery port and increasing the pumping volume in an opposite side to the delivery port. CONSTITUTION:A side housing 4 without a delivery port 15 forms in an internal surface 4a a buffer chamber 8 communicating with a bottom part space 19 of a vane groove 12 in a delivery zone. Consequently, a compressor, increasing the pumping volume by a capacity portion of the buffer chamber 8 in an opposite side to the delivery port 15, suppresses a rise of back pressure in a vane 7 by an increase of said volume. Further the compressor, reducing at its pumping action unequality or the like of the back pressure of the vane 7 between a side of the delivery port 15 and an opposite side to the delivery port 15, suppresses uneven wearing of tapered shape of the vane 7 in its lengthwise direction. In this way, seizure mutually between the vane 7 and the side housings 3, 4 and the generation of pitching in the vane 7 can be prevented. |
