PURPOSE:To enable adhesion operation high in productivity and precision by bringing one side of a specified hot melt adhesive film coated with a primer layer into face contact with the surface of the face of a cleaning blade. CONSTITUTION:The one side of the hot melt adhesive film 3 well adhesive to a metal, coated with the primer layer is brought into face contact with the face to be bonded of the nonmetallic cleaning blade 1 made of a urethane rubber or the like, and the film 3 is located between the metallic fixing member 2 and the cleaning blade 1, and they are heated to carry out hot melt bonding, thus permitting adhesion fixation high in productivity and precision between the cleaning the face of the blade 1 to be bonded with the primer uniformly with high precision. |
