PURPOSE:To perform exposure without reference to original size, density, etc., and to perform operation electrically and simplify it by generating and exposing information data and blip marks in a camera head corresponding to frame pictures. CONSTITUTION:The mask plate 10 of the optical system of an image pickup device is provided with a rectangular main aperture 11 and a couple of apertures 12a and 12b for additional information printing and the mask plate 10 is arranged nearby the front side of a microfilm 20. Further, a full/half-mask 13 is provided under the mask plate 10 to make a selection about the aperture 11 is used to the full or half size. The film 20 is exposed to an original 6 through the aperture 11 by the lens 2 of the optical system and also exposed to additional information through the apertures 12a and 12b. The additional information of numbers, characters, etc., is displayed on a liquid-crystal plate 30 as a negative image, which is reflected by a mirror 34 arranged in front to illuminate a mirror 36 through a lens 35, thereby exposing the film 20 to the information displayed on the liquid-crystal plate 30.
