PURPOSE:To reduce the comsumption of lubrication oil and to reduce mechanical sound, by constituting a rotary housing and a pair of side housings with a metal-carbon compsite material, and by constituting apex seals set in the tip end sections of a rotor and side seals with a metal material. CONSTITUTION:A rotary housing 1 and both side housings 2 are made of a metal carbon composite material, and apex seals 4, side seals etc. are made of metal materials including iron. Accordingly, there are relatively many hole gaps in the rotor housing 1 and the side housings. Accordingly, lubrication oils are held in the hole gaps to reduce the consumption of lubrication oil. Further, the hole gaps are formed to be porous and therefore, vibration may be absorbed, thereby it is possible to reduce mechanical noise upon drive operation. |
