发明名称 WIRING DEVICE OF MULTI-CHANNEL THIN FILM MAGNETIC HEAD
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the resistance value of each channel by setting a rail between the rectilinear and oblique line part line widths based on the combination of a rectilinear part and an oblique line part having a fixed sloping angle of the lead wiring. CONSTITUTION:The pitch space is set at U for a thin film coil part or a magnetic flux sensor part formed with the same pattern of each channel. While the pad pitch space for wire bonding is set at T. The lead wiring pattern connecting the magnetic flux sensor of each channel and a pad is formed by the combination of a rectilinear part and an oblique line part having a fixed sloping angle to said rectilinear part. The rectilinear width (d) of each channel is fixed according to the width and the sloping angle of the oblique line. Then an inflection point between the rectilinear and oblique line parts, i.e., the difference between adjacent channels of the rectilinear length is set at T-U. Thus the even lead wiring resistance value is secured among channels. Therefore the drive current of each channel can be fixed without using a correcting resistance element of an external drive circuit.
