PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a metallic mold for production compared with a conventional one and also to attain a simple structure and the simple molding process of an injection molding machine, by using the 1st and 2nd metallic mold parts and the 3rd metallic mold part which forms the remaining surface of a guard panel where both 1st and 2nd molds are inapplicable and obtaining a metallic mold for the production of guard panel. CONSTITUTION:A guard panel is produced by means of a metallic mold 31 at the fixed side and metallic molds 33 and 34 at the mobile side. In this case, the parting lines are butted with each other between the mold 31 and the molds 33 and 34. Then the material resin is injected through a resin injection gate 32, and the resin is hardened for the production of a guard panel G. Then both molds 33 and 34 are moved down and broken. Then the projected mold 33 is pushed upward and the panel G is extruded together with the mold 33, and the panel G is pulled out toward an arrow head. Thus the guard panel G is obtained. That is, the metallic mold can be broken in the direction parallel to the front plate of the panel G.
