PURPOSE:To ensure stability by applying a control circuit to the 2nd current mirror circuit whose mirror ratio is the unity and outputting externally an output current of the 2nd current mirror circuit so as to control accurately linearly the output current to an input current. CONSTITUTION:In giving current Iin to the 1st input terminal, collectors currents I10, I11 in response to a prescribed area ratio (mirror ratio) flow to transistors (TR)Q10, Q11 to a collector current 19 flowing to a TRQ9 by a current mirror circuit 18. On the other hand, the collector current I10 is fed to the current mirror circuit 19. In giving a control current Icont to the 2nd input terminal 15, the supply current of the current mirror circuit 19 is I10-Icont depending on the current. That is, the supply current is an input current to a current mirror circuit 16. As a result, an output proportional to the control current Icont is subtracted with the I11 to give an output current Iout to a load 17. Thus, the output current versus the input current is controlled accurately linearly in this way.
