PURPOSE:To attain to reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying a structure, by providing the piezoelectric oscillator adhered and connected to a molded plate having a pipe welded therto in a state inserted thereinto under pressure or engaged therewith an a heater for controlling the heating to ink arranged to the outer periphery of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A pipe 2 forming an ink flow passage is provided to a metal disc 1 so as to pierce through the hole which is formed to the center of a said disc 1 so as to have a diameter matched with the outer diameter of the pipe and permitting the insert of said pipe under pressure or the engagement thereof. An oscillator 3 for vibrating ink is a piezoelectric solid element and a ceramic heater 4 for heating an ink droplet to proper temp., a nozzle plate 5 having a nozzle orifice provided to the center thereof, an ink flow passage 6, a rubbery buffer material 7 and a housing 8 are provided. The metal disc 1 is most pred. made of a cold rolled austenite stainless steel plate, for example, a SUS 304 CP plate in order to enhance corrosion resistance to an ink liquid and, because has a flat washer shape, the press punching molding thereof is enabled and the processing thereof is extremely easy. |
