PURPOSE:To dehydrate easily and efficiently the liquid material generated as a result of disintegrating the material by providing a dehydrator to the outside peripheral part of an extruder and discharging simultaneously the liquid material. CONSTITUTION:The material disintegrated and kneaded to some extent by the extruder 7 for supplying the material is further disintegrated and kneaded by twin conical screws 2, 2 in a cylinder 1. The liquid material such as water and oil contained in the material is squeezed out and accumulates in the lower part of the cylinder 1. The liquid material accumulated in the extruder passes through the fine pipelines of the cylinder part 1a and is sucked into the chamber of a jacket 4 when the chamber inside 5 of the jacket 4 is evacuated to a negative pressure by operating a suction pump. The material is further fed through a discharge pipe 6 into a storage tank, etc. The liquid material is separated and extracted by each component and is thus processed in the storage tank. On the other hand, the material from which the liquid material is squeezed by the disintegration is extruded via a valve 8 to the outside of the extruder. |
