PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article which has been dispersed and kneaded uniformly by preventing generation of a clogging phenomenon, by reducing a shaft diameter of a screw so that volume of a spiral groove of a screw in a part wherein a material being carried from a supply part is molten, kneaded and compressed becomes 1.2-1.6 times as much as of that the supply part. CONSTITUTION:As for a screw, it is divided into a material supply part l1, temperature-rising and melting part l2, first kneading part l3, second kneading part l4, compression part l5 and measuring part l6, and as for a shaft diameter of a shaft part extending to the kneading parts l3, l4 from the temperature- rising and melting part l2 is reduced continuously from the shaft diameter of the supply part l1 and the shaft diameter is increased toward the compression part l5 from that part. As the shaft diameter of the screw shaft part in the division melting and kneading from a part which is a little lower than the secondary transition point of rawmaterials is reduce than that of the supply part, through which material carrying volume is kept enlarged, there is no fear that a space between a spiral groove of the screw and a cylinder is clogged by the raw materials in a wedgy state and uniform kneading of the material is performed by the enlarged-volume part. |
