PURPOSE:To improve usual handiness of a tire due to possible attaching/detaching operation by one touch, and reduced size and weight of the whole device, by providing an advance/retreat mechanism and a check mechanism which checks movement of a clamping member. CONSTITUTION:Brackets 1A, 1B, 1C, a set of three pieces, engaged with the outer periphery of a tire 5 in hooked state, are supported by means of a knot point 15A, formed by the bracket and links 7A, 7B of equal length, and the tips of the links 7A, 7B. A knot point 15B, formed by other links 8A, 8B of equal length, is connected to the tips of clamping members 3A, 3B so as to freely advance or retreat with respect to said clamp members 3A, 3B. Further, in a housing body 4, which allows projection, in reciprocal directions, of a pair of clamp members 3A, 3B overlapping each other, a circular ratchet groove 17 is provided and a ratchet click 18 is fitted to an operational lever 19. Thus, a check mechanism, which prevents slackening of the members 3A, 3B due to operation of the lever 19, is provided. |
