PURPOSE:To manufacture by one effort a terminal material obtained through unification of base cloth and a core material, by a method wherein a core material forming hole provided in a connecting state with a die forming the core material through extrusion is formed and at least two runs of core materials are formed according to supply of the base cloth by supplying continuously the long-sized base cloth into this molding hole. CONSTITUTION:Although a die 1 connected with a resin tank 2 in which molten resin is stored receives supply of resin, core material molding holes 3, 3 for molding a core material are formed by providing the two holes in a connecting state on the central part of a slit 4 wherein base cloth 11 is supplied while the same is being pierced through, in a manufacturing method of a terminal material of a sheet fixing the skin to a pad. Then the continuous and long-sized core extruding the molten resin through the molding holes 3, 3 for curing. On the one hand, although long-sized article is used for the base cloth 11, pulled out gradually through a roll 5 and supplied within the slit 4, a supply rate of the same is established in accordance with a forming rate of the core mate rial. When, therefore, the base cloth 11 comes out of the die 1, the core material provided on the long-sized base cloth is unified continuously.
