STABILIZATION OF GROUND

摘要

PURPOSE:To quickly control the concn. by switching sodium silicate to water during injection in separately supplying an aq. soln. of sodium silicate and a curing agent to a plurality of plunger pumps, mixing the delivered solutions and injecting the mixture into the ground to stabilize it. CONSTITUTION:Carbon dioxide gas 1 as a curing agent is mixed with water 6 in a mixer 5 and the pressurized carbonic acid water obtd. is separately supplied to plunger pumps 14A and 14B of a four cylinder-type grout injection pump 14. Aqueous soln. of sodium silicate is separately supplied to plunger pumps 14C and 14D of the injection pump 14. Then the pressurized carbonic acid water delivered from the pumps 14A and 14B is combined with the aq. soln. of sodium silicate delivered from the pumps 14C and 14D and supplied to a mixer 2, and the obtd. grout is injected into the ground to stabilize it. The concm. of sodium silicate is instantly controlled by switching part of the sodium silicate soln. 16 to water during injection in response to conditions of the ground.
