PURPOSE:To enable the mean value of oscillating torques generated between both output shafts to be regulated freely by inputting an oscillating torque into No.2 planetary gear mechanism through an oscillating input mechanism where the mean value of oscillating torques can be changed freely. CONSTITUTION:No.1 output shaft 21 is connected through No.1 planetary gear 13, and also No.2 output shaft 22 is connected through No.2 planetary gear 23 to a rotary driving part so that both output shafts 21, 22 can be rotated at the same speed. In addition, a planetary carrier 24 of No.2 planetary gear 23 is connected to an oscillating input mechanism 30 where the mean value of oscillating torques can be changed freely. Thereby, the mean value of oscillating torques generated between both output shafts 21, 22 can be regulated freely.
