PURPOSE:To clamp a lid and a disk securely without reference to a case insertion position and a lid position by starting the clamping operation after a catcher mechanism presses the lid of a case. CONSTITUTION:The catcher mechanism 6 while taking the disk out of the case inserted into a device and loading it on a specific part in the device stores a loaded disk in an empty case inserted into the device. The mechanism 6 which clamps the lid of the case 2 and the disk is equipped with a catcher lever 45 which is linked at one end part with a belt for moving forth and back the mechanism 6 and energized in a specific rocking direction, a catcher cam 52 which is associated with the rocking of the lever 45 when the main body of the mechanism 6 presses against the lid of the case, a clamper 37 which clamps the disk as the lever 45 rocks, and a lid hanger 64 which engages the lid in an engaging/disengaging state associatively with the cam 52. Consequently, the mechanism 6 is operated accurately regardless of the insertion position of the case and the position of the lid. |
