PURPOSE:To improve yield by setting surfaces of both core members which are gap facing surfaces upward and putting their reference surfaces opposite each other, clamping surfaces which are slide surfaces with a glass nonreactive jig and treating the upward surfaces by glass molding, and then removing excessive glass. CONSTITUTION:A core member 1 has an internal winding groove 4 and plural track grooves 5 in addition to an external winding groove 3, and a core member 2 has a reinforcement groove 6 and plural track grooves 5 in addition to an external winding groove 3. The surfaces 1b and 2b as the reference surfaces are set facing each other, the gap facing surfaces 1c and 2c are put upward to bring the members 1 and 2 into contact with each other on the surfaces 1b and 2b, and surfaces 1a and 2a are clamped by the glass nonreactive jig 17 in contact. Then, a glass rod 8 is placed on the reinforcement groove 6 and heated and fused to mold the entire facing surfaces 1c and 2c with glass. Then, excessive glass molding part 9 on the facing surfaces 1c and 2c are ground to manufacture the core 11 and core block 12 at high yield. |
