CONSTITUTION:When 0-th column of a storage means 110 is designated and higher rank data A0 of registered information A is given to input 101 at the time of registering operation, data A0 are stored in 0-th column in J-th block of the means 110. Then, partial data A1... are written and information A is registered. When partial data of information A are given successively to input 101 at the time of searching operation, a device 120 drives row selecting lines 121 successively, and the content of memory in each block is supplied to a matching device 150 successively as a reading signal 151, and a matching result signal 152 is given to an encoder 160, and an address J is outputted as a searching address 162 of information A.
