EXAMPLE:Endo 6-O-(N-carbobenzyloxy-beta-alaninyl)-3',4'-O-benzylidene-chartreusin. USE:Anticancer agent. PREPARATION:For example, according to the reaction equations, chartrusin of formula II is allowed to ract with benzaldehyde diemthylacetal of formula III in chloroform in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid and molecular sieves, then the reaction product is subjected to column chromatography to collect endo 3',4'-O-benzylidenechartreusin of formula V, then the product is allowed to react with N-carbobenzyloxy-beta-alanine and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide to give the compound exemplified. |
